This number switching thing is so frustrating. We've had clients confused when the AI replies from a different number than they texted. Definitely need better control over which number the AI uses for responses.
Reason: This is about SMS messaging behavior with Conversation AI, which is directly related to messaging infrastructure challenges I'd deal with as an agency owner
We run into this constantly with multi-location clients. The workaround you mentioned is exactly what we're doing and it's such a mess to manage. Being able to set the from number per action instead of per workflow would save us so much time.
Reason: This is a specific messaging workflow pain point that I can relate to as an agency owner dealing with similar multi-location client setups
