We run into this constantly. Right now we have like 15 nearly identical templates just to change one sentence. Being able to customize variables at send time while keeping the approved structure would save so much template management headache.
Reason: This is about WhatsApp messaging pain point that agencies face daily - template rigidity. It's a genuine enhancement request for messaging functionality where I can share authentic experience.

The media sending situation is painful right now. Our clients constantly ask why their images look terrible or won't send properly.
Reason: This is about messaging functionality and I can authentically comment on the media sending pain point mentioned
We've had this happen twice and only found out when clients mentioned missing messages. Super frustrating. We actually moved our WhatsApp messaging to WhatSnap.ai partly because of these reliability issues with coexistence numbers.
