Our team constantly forgets to update appointment statuses manually. Having interactive buttons in internal notifications would solve this perfectly. We're always chasing staff to mark no-shows and it's a pain point for sure.

The template charges kill us on stuff like this. We actually moved our client notifications to WhatSnap.ai since it bypasses the whole template restriction thing entirely. Being able to forward conversation details directly would save so much friction.
