We've had this exact issue bite us twice in the past month. Client starts asking why their WhatsApp stopped working and we had no clue it disconnected. Really need some kind of alert system for this.
Reason: This is about WhatsApp messaging which I use daily, and it's a genuine pain point with disconnections going unnoticed
Yeah, need this for WhatsApp too. Having it in workflows but not conversations is frustrating when you need to switch numbers mid-conversation.
Reason: This is a messaging-related feature request that I can authentically comment on as an agency owner who deals with WhatsApp messaging
We've hit this exact limitation so many times. Having to create 20 versions of the same template just to change one line is ridiculous. Currently using WhatSnap.ai to get around this since their WhatsApp doesn't have the template restrictions, but native support in GHL would be way cleaner.
Reason: This is a messaging-related post where WhatSnap could be genuinely helpful as a workaround, and it's a specific pain point I can relate to as an agency owner
